Lightweight and Sturdy
Excellent ladder. At this height, you will likely need to store it in a horizontal position. Too tall to stand up without hitting the ceiling.

Light easy to move
It feels much more safe than the older wooden ladder it's replacing,and easy to move.also great price and with a Prime Account you don't have to worry how to get it home. We ordered ours. While shopping at the local Home Depot, the price was less ,and some of us just don't own a truck. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime!

Easy to use, not scary
Even though it's a pretty tall ladder, it feels really sturdy and secure. I wasn't afraid going up on it at all. It was still scary stepping off in the attic, I definitely felt more secure being on the ladder than the attic.

Damaged
This ladder was just delivered. It had cardboard protecting the feet and the top and was wrapped in plastic.Overall, this looks like a very well-made tool.However, upon removing the cardboard protecting the feet, I see that one leg is damaged. It's my assumption that it shipped this way from the factory, as the cardboard is the cheap cardboard I usually see on Chinese products.I spoke to Amazon and forwarded the photos in this review. Hopefully Amazon will hold their suppliers accountable.
