So close but not there
I've been looking for this part for weeks. Tried Lowes Home Depot HD supply and haven't been able to locate it. Online this looked exactly like what I needed but the two end pieces are slightly too big. Otherwise it would be perfect. I'm considering trying to cut the old female part off but not sure yet. Came quickly. I needed it for an old wall/furnance heater.

Size matters
I ordered the wrong size. This tubing is about 25% the size of what I need. Verify before you buy.

Not 1/4”
Product measured 6.30mm with micrometer. Not true 1/4” (6.35mm).

This can replace the rubbish aluminum tubing on budget compressors
Material is ductile, soft enough to hand form to the desired shape. It takes a flange with ease but do clean the end of the tube before using the flanging tool.Its a bit more length than I needed but at least if I wreck this transfer tube again I have sufficient to rebuild.
