(RAS®) RoadActive Suspension 4614-SAT | Fits Toyota Tacoma 05-23 W/Axle Below Leaf Spring

Installed on 23’ Tacoma 4x4 off Road:As for Handling, it works fantastic! Well worth the money. Eliminated bed bouncing, the suspension also feels stiffer and better handling in turns and curves. It’s like a having and independent sway bar.The difference between the Leaf springs Over Or Under the Axle is; the Under Axle comes with a lowering bracket that levels and evens out the side braces. I ordered both and didn’t like the Over the axle (which is the one meant for OEM stock suspension on Tacomas) because the side braces rubbed at times on the rear drum brake lines. In the long run could cut or damage them. To be on the safe side, I went with the Leaf springs Under the axle and it cleared the issue.

I bought it to reduce bounce when towing. On a short trip believe it does that job.Without the trailer, set at 40% it firms up spongy Tacoma off road suspension, reduces bounce over speed bumps and there is much less roll going around corners.Significantly improved ride.I suspect it would need to be adjusted down for serious off roading, I haven't got that far yet

Loved the super easy install, don’t have to remove the rear tires but it’ll make it easier to install. Don’t forget to take before measurements, and adjustments can be made quickly once installed. It does help to take some weight off to adjust, but not required in a pinch. I made some adjustments after a haul without too much effort.I’ve installed lifts, add-a-leaves, air bags, and this was perfect for keeping that stock soft ride. My leaves are supper soft, so I added a little tension to take out the sag, and have several thousand miles on them now. Best bang for my buck, and can still use them after lifting the truck down the road.

Worked better than I imagined. I like that a lifetime warranty can be purchased for not that much money. I can see myself putting this on every truck in the future.

Installed easily after watching several you tube videos. The installation instructions left something to be desired. For $500. I would think they could provide good resolution color photos in the instructions and a better explanation of how it works and how to install. The RAS performs as advertised. The back of my truck lifted about an inch and a half which I like and it rides better. The rear has less bounce over bumps and doesn't squat nearly as much under load. I would recommend product just prepare to watch some instructional videos.

So I have a Tacoma, and I was trying to figure out how to fix my leaf Springs. Cause they look sad. Saw this fits absolutely Amazing is robust and can handle whatever you throw at it.For what I can see, build quality even greasing is done before you get the product. Gotta say my favorite easy suspension bump up. But pricings a little harsh But I paid it cause. I did not want my truck sitting in the shop getting leaf. Spring work done Took about an hour to set up. Anyone could do it well most anyone There is definitely cheaper alternatives, but it takes a mechanic Time and this does not.

I haven't had a chance to load up the bed and tow yet but ride quality does seem to be better with less body roll and less axle wrap. We bought this hoping to help with body roll and to try and correct how bad the axle wrap is on Tacoma's. Seems to have made a good difference, rear end feels more planted now

This is a very high quality American made product. Myself and a friend installed it on my 2023 Tacoma Off Road in about 40 minutes. We used the 2mm spacer since I’m going to hauling a 22’ RV pull behind with a dry weight of 4,700 lbs. I haven’t pulled with RV with it yet but will update my review when I do.It did raise the rear of my truck about 1.5” but the ride ride doesn’t feel any stiffer with normal driving.
