I add a tablespoon at a time to my jam. Takes approx half a tub to 2kg jam.I end up with lovely, thick jam.

Works for baking but taste is too strong
I've used it for a baked custard recipe to help with firmness, but it creates a strong metallic taste, I've used 5g for 100g of custard
