I highly recommend this. I feel better after a nice magnesium salt bath, honestly it’s the only thing that’s gotten me through the stress at work. I believe it has helped my migraines too. My only comment, remember to rinse your tub after I think the residue makes mine more slippy if I don’t.

It's advertised as being from the Zechstein beds, and while I thought only one company had a monopoly on magnesium from there, I will say that it mostly likely is a true claim, as this is the best magnesium I've ever used to make my magnesium sprays. Potent, dissolves well, bit of an oily residue but that's normal when mixed with water. Provides incredible pain relief for sore or tight muscles, cramps, and headaches. Also works amazing as a natural deoderant.

I know magnesium spray has various uses but I saw a video where someone used it to make a deodorant spray with essential oils. That’s why I am using it to avoid the chemicals found in commercial ones and I love it!! It’s natural and doesn’t irritate my skin. It keeps me dry for hours!! I love it!!

This stuff is incredible ! Soaked in the tub the first two nights and I felt good and relaxed. Its nothing like Epson salts. I’ll still keep the salts but Ancient Minerals is my go to.
