Got this because it's got even higher ketones than PuckerUps. I don't like that it's sweet, but it's useful because it will blunt the bitterness of the methylene blue that I also take. It's not too sweet, by the way. It's just that I'm trying to avoid sweetness because I want to avoid anything that will make insulin flow or make me crave something I don't wanna eat.

Tried this ketone after doing not so well on another brand. Started with a half dose and my ketones went to 2.6 from .6. Hunger gone. Easier to extend eating window. Ketones higher the next day too! Like the flavor too. It’s on the sweet side but less so than the other one.

for ketone production this works. flavor is good too. My only issue is the powder is NOT powder but one big clump. This is my second purchase of this product and the first was the same (thought it was a one-off so when prime deal hit I thought buy another and see if it’s ok). Well it has the silicone packet in it that’s supposed to reduce moisture but the powder is a big clump and when I use a spoon, fork, knife (whatever) to break it apart (the little measuring scoop doesn’t do the job) the powder blows out of the jar and I lose not much, but this stuff is expensive and I can’t afford losing 1/8 teaspoon each time I try to make the mixture in water.

This is NOT a balanced electrolyte mix (no potassium) . I experienced extreme heart palpitations when taking this mix and stopped after taking it for 2 days. I’ve been keto/carnivore for 2.5 years and thought I would spend the extra $$ on this mix because I appreciate Dr. Boz and her knowledge, however I didn’t compare electrolyte ratios before purchasing this product. If you are needing a well rounded electrolyte mix this may not be the one for you. Do your research before purchasing this product.
