Not great for dogs.
Tastes absolutely terrible and works for minor rashes on dogs but burns too much to use for anything major.I actually use this on myself mostly and not my dog. I am heavily bearded and have found that it works fantastic for getting rid of beard itch and for keeping me from breaking out when I shave my neck. Human hc sprays don't seem to work but this stuff does. Tastes absolutely awful though. I'm not suggesting using it for people but it works for me. It can burn a lot though if you've got any open cuts, which is why I wouldn't use it on a dog with bad sores.

sad to say i need this, greatful to have it
i live in a forest, everything you know about a forest and then some. the dogs sometimes have skin irritation and i use to the fix things up.i usually buy 4 bottles at a time. the pumps have never failed over time. normally with a few treatments the problem vanishes.the real issue is keeping mites off of them. treat with mite med, and then this, and they are good

Relieves itch for a long while.
This is really effective for my big boy. He itches when pollen is up. I spray a little of this while giving him a good brush. No fragrance or strong chemical smell, stores well.

Read the Instructions
Seems to help some. Only thing, Bottle says not to apply to often. So in other words don't use everyday. So if your dog needs it everyday, & you aren't supposed to apply that often, then may not be worth it

Helped our dog
Dog had a sore on his booty, and this really helped him. You do have to reapply often but that is to be expected with any spray on type.

Excellent Product!
This spray is fantastic!! After I noticed my Shih-Tzu (who does NOT have any skin issues) frequently scratching, I groomed him & discovered some raw skin patches. Mostly near his hind/tail area. I gave him a bath, and used this spray immediately afterwards. By the next morning, he was completely healed up. I also mixed it with some Vet's Best Plant Based Flea Spray for home and pets, and it's a winning combination. I did a small skin test first, and it was just fine. A light coat of spray works well - no need to saturate. Just be sure it's covers the spot completely. Another bonus was he didn't try to lick it off. The plant based flea spray helped with that, because of it's aroma. A DEFINITE MUST TO KEEP ON HAND!!
