Great Blade
I recently had the opportunity to use the FOXBC 8 Inch Metal Steel Cutting Circular Saw Blade with 42 Teeth and Cermel Carbide, and I have been very impressed with its performance and durability.Performance:Right out of the box, the blade feels solid and well-made. I used it to cut through a variety of metal materials, including steel pipes and aluminum sheets, and it sliced through them with ease. The cuts were clean and precise, with minimal burrs, which is crucial for my projects. The blade maintained its sharpness even after multiple uses, which is a testament to the quality of the Cermel Carbide tips.Durability:One of the standout features of this blade is its durability. The Cermel Carbide is designed to last up to 5 times longer than standard carbide blades, and so far, it has lived up to that claim. I’ve used it extensively over the past few weeks, and there’s no noticeable wear or loss of cutting efficiency. This longevity means fewer blade changes and more continuous work time, which is a huge plus in my book.Ease of Use:Installing the blade was straightforward, and it fit perfectly with my circular saw. The 42 teeth configuration strikes a good balance between cutting speed and smoothness, making it versatile for different types of metal cutting tasks. The blade runs smoothly and doesn’t generate excessive heat, which helps in maintaining its sharpness and extending its life. Conclusion:Overall, I highly recommend the FOXBC 8 Inch Metal Steel Cutting Circular Saw Blade for anyone looking for a high-quality, durable, and efficient blade for metal cutting. Its performance and durability make it an excellent investment for both professional and DIY use. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and will definitely consider FOXBC for future tool needs.

Great for cutting aluminum sheet
I have often used ordinary wood working blades on my table saw for cutting aluminum sheet, but it’s a bit nerve wracking. This blade made for metal has close to zero rake, so it does not tend to grab, making for smoother, easier cuts. Great blade, recommended.

A near perfect solution for a recurring problem in my shop
In some of my projects I use 'Tees" and 'angles' of formed sheet steel rather than aluminum extrusions. These are pre-painted on the 'show' surfaces and will burn or discolor when cut with abrasive wheels or blades. They are also very difficult to cut precisely to size by hand, either with abrasives or snips and shears. They are also prone to distortion and to leave dangerously burred or sharp edges when cut by such means and require considerable hand touch-up including paint touch-up. This blade on my table saw and a similar blade on a chop saw solved all of these problems.Sandwiching the shapes between wooden supports fastened to the fence of the miter gauge I was able to make multiple perfectly square cuts with no burning or distortion in exactly the right locations. Less than thirty seconds of cleanup per cut on a drill press mounted sanding mop gave me a safe edge with no damage to the painted surfaces. The blade cut quietly and cleanly from the first to the last of several dozen cuts. How long it will last in this application I cannot predict, but a previous blade intended for 'wood with nails' had lost many teeth after similar use.The only reason I do not give it five stars is that I found the included safety warnings inadequate. I learned the hard way that good gloves or other hand and arm protection are absolutely necessary when using any saw which directs the chips toward the user. There is also a fire hazard when cutting any substantial steel piece with flammable debris in the vicinity.

Cuts through steel pipe and rods like a hot knife through butter
Very sharp heavy duty blade. 5/8th inch arbor was perfectly sized (no slop or play) for my chop saw. Minimal sparking and made very clean cuts. Cuts rebar fast and cleaner than an angle grinder and left very clean ends on some 2 3/8" steel chain link fence posts. Made very quick work of it all. Highly recommended.
