Q: Will it fit 4070ti gpu?

I was able to fit the Asus Tuf 4070 OC, Kinda have to angle it in and you will find to only be able to use one side fan orientation if you purchased the mesh variant. Hopefully both the gpus are of the same size.

Q: does this case include the RGB fans that L.G Rhodes has on his photos he posted? they are the top two fans with a blue light, any help on which one?

It does not. It comes with from fans and that's it.
