I have read up on the health benefits of eating a small amount of bitter organic apricot seeds. There’s a good amount in the bag and they look and taste so fresh. I’m pleased with the quality and quantity. The first few chews aren’t bad, but towards the end, they are bitter. I swallow my last couple chews down with water. Please follow the suggested dosage to take each day, because these seeds contain a substance that can turn into cyanide which is harmful to the body. One could even overdose from cyanide poisoning from eating too many of these kernels. I have read many posts where people are feeding these to their dogs as well. I would be extremely cautious in doing so.
