I bought a pair of these for my wife. They are great. The quality of the stitching is impeccable. The material gives outstanding support for her knees. She is just getting in the gym for vfcthe first time in her life and they really keep the aches and pain to a minimum. Myself. I am a Bodybuilder and after stretching these out for her on my forearms this weekend I have decided to get the elbow and knee sleeve kit for myself.

The knee sleeves are very fitted and keep my knees on place.. They also generate a little heat, which is a good thing... I love them! I like that I have to put a little force into putting them on & taking them off

I ordered a Medium because on the instructions to chose a size recommended to get a size lower for maximum knee support. I received a Large and it seems to fit a bit smudge lose so maybe I need to exchange it for medium.
