This is not as sturdy as I would like but it was inexpensive so there is that. Can't really complain. It works for what I need.

Next time metal would be my choice but overall you get what you paid for.

It's a little flimsy but works. There are no instructions on how to put it together.

This is the cutest thing I think I ever ordered. I was going to order a plain black one, but I saw this and itwas priced about the same as the standard thread holders. I'm so glad I ordered this one because notonly is it made pretty sturdy, it's functional and since I take classes with other sewers, they'll know it's mine.It doesn't come with any instructions, but it's pretty easy to figure how to put it together. So glad I got thiscolor, I just love it!

The thread stand arrived in a timely fashion. There are no instructions for how to put it together, just a bubble pocket containing pieces. Sadly, all pieces were not in the packet. The plastic is very flimsy as are the posts. I didn't try it because it wasn't complete and I started a return, but I question whether it isn't too light to keep the thread on the stand and not tip it over. I sew a lot, and I think this wouldn't suit my needs. However, the return process has been very expedient.

Purchased this to use with my embroidery machine. It works well for the price. I've not had any problems using it but it is a little light weight.

This item was very low priced but it serves its purpose. Lifting the thread keeps it from tangling and breaking. It is not something that can take abuse because it's plastic but it works great.
