They're tasty and effective supplements. I got them because I noticed that many people take Zinc along with their Magnesium. I forget exactly why this is - something to do with absorption or sleep quality - but anyway, I started taking them both. The effect on sleep quality and energy level was immediate. I stay asleep more and have less muscle twitches than before.I usually just take one of these at a time rather than the suggested three. Even with just one, you're getting 100% DV of Vitamin C. I'm someone who never gets sick, but even I am feeling the benefits of the extra Vitamin C. Less congestion in the mornings, less sneezing, and more stable energy level throughout the day.Many multivitamin supplements lack Zinc, so it's one of those you have to take separately. This supplement here is a very good way to do that. I recommend it and I'll be buying some more for my mom too.

It's ok. It takes a long time for you to chew it. It's a little but to hard for my liking, however, the flavors are tasty.

I have problems swallowing large pills so these are perfect for me to take easily. I take everyday, 3 gummies, and I feel like it helps help me to stay healthy. Does not help that they smell and taste good. They do not upset my stomach at all.

Taste is okay but these gummies are a bit tough to chew maybe due to size of the gummy. I had to slowly chew for awhile before they broke down enough to swallow. Serving size is three. I took many of these throughout the day beginning of my cold for a week Didn’t feel a too much of a difference but I’m sure it probably helped.
