I have been wearing this while I walk for about 10 days and it’s been great. I did not notice a smell others mentioned. I have had rotator surgery and frequently have lower back problems so I was a little nervous because I read the vest could aggravate both of these issues and I have had none. I use the 8lb and will probably stick with that. I only wear walking -about 45 min- if you wore while bending etc I can see that could be a problem if you have back issues. It’s very comfortable and easily works over a tee or sweatshirt.

I absolutely love this—it’s perfect for long walks. As an avid backpacker, the 12 lbs is very manageable and adds just the right amount of extra weight for my daily walks without being too much. I plan to purchase additional weight sizes to help me better prepare for future backpacking trips. The 12 lb option is ideal for everyday use and long-distance walks, giving me the added resistance I want without causing excess inflammation or aggravating a past knee injury. Great product! I love the fit, the blue color, and quality. It has a pamphlet and it does have the other products from this product line. It has pictures of ankle weights and wrist weights. The description says just the vest. So all the reviews say it’s missing the ankle weights, wrist weights. The description doesn’t say your paying for those. I think this is a good product as I wanted something inexpensive to start walking with a weighted vest.

I have been using this for a week now and it's the perfect weight for me (12lbs). My only complaints are the smell and how it fits in the chest area. Not really for women with larger boobs...lolI wear it around the house but because of how it lays on the chest I will not be wearing it outside. Other than that, I would recommend.

It comes with a smell, so keep it outside for a couple days. Spray with Lysol after each use due to sweat. I started out with 8 lbs and love it. I use it on the treadmill on the incline or walking outside for ~3 miles.

I got the 8 pounds just because of how inexpensive it was . It feels wayyyyyyyyy heavier and I love it. I wear this vest everysingle day even when I’m not working out, and I workout every day . Just wish the back pocket was a little bigger .

Exactly what I was looking for! Good quality, easy to use, and has a small pocket to hold phone/key/etc. I did have to air it out for a bit but the smell did go away. I sometimes even wear it around the house! would definitely suggest this to anyone looking.

The weight feels like it will make a nice impact on my fitness level and ability to gain muscle and lose weight. It just doesn't feel comfortable. It's too bulky under my arms. Tightening the strap across the chest stretches the elastic under my arms moving the bulk forward somewhat making it feel somewhat tolerable, but that ends up crushing my breasts. Just not a good fit all around. Will be returning and looking for a different style.
